Wet n Wild Care Bears Pick Me Up Face Mist is available in a 3.4 oz bottle that features Grumpy Bear standing under a cloud holding an umbrella. It’s a very cute bottle and will appeal to those who not only love Care Beats just generally love kawaii packaging.
Sadly, the “hydrating aspect” of this is ruined by the additional of alcohol which is quite low on the list of ingredients but my drier skin still felt it immediately upon applying it. It also contains some interesting fruit waters like coconut and blueberry but user beware as coconut has been known to cause some itchiness in certain skint types. It’s a very fine mist spray that sets makeup nicely as well as depowders the look of powder and highlighter for a more refined finish. I’m not sure what it smells like. According to Wet n Wild it smells like citrus but I get more of of a blueberry lemon-y scent from it that’s tart but not sweet. The scent is very strong but pleasant to my nose however, not as awe aspiring as the reviews I’ve seen where the reviewer is all, “OH MY GOD THIS SMELLS SO GOOD!” It smells pleasant but there was no oh god moments to be had. As per the marketing it delivers a dewy, healthy glow with a super-hydrating formula. I didn’t get the dewiness from it as it dried down very quickly for me and left my skin feel a bit tight. Anyone who uses setting sprays will understand that lightly tight feeling I’m talking about. It did refine the finish of the highlighter I was wearing so it didn’t cling to my drier cheeks and also, did the same for the powder.
I have to admit that the price surprised me. It felt very expensive for Wet n Wild as I can remember paying perhaps $4.99-$5.99 for a mist like this about a year or two ago. But I imagine licensing fees do effect the price.
Wet n Wild Care Bears Pick Me Up Face Mist isn’t a must have product in this release. It’s a cute, nice to have item if you like setting mists. I would not call it a skincare mist though as the hydrating effect simply wasn’t there but it will make a nice setting mist to set makeup and ease shine.
All in all, a cute item but not a must have by any means from the Wet n Wild Care Bears Collection!

The alcohol can work in the favorite of oily skin as it will mattify skin but also, isn’t a great ingredient for those with drier skin or anyone avoiding it as it does break down collagen in skin. On the upside it is listed as the final ingredient on the product which means it likely doesn’t contain much however, this also has a very strong scent that reminds me of a tart combination of blueberries and lemons. I thought it was pleasant but sensitive users might not like it. It worked fine as a setting mist with a fine mist that depowdered both my setting powder and my highlighter. It refined the finish of my makeup and added a little longer of a wear to it.
